The steel welded structure of the whole machine adopts VSR to eliminate stress, featured by high mechanical strength and good rigidity; twin hydraulic cylinders drive, mechanical block, twisting axis synchronization, smooth and reliable operation, high precision; the rear stopping plate and the upper slider are mounted with encoders; with the help of the digital display system, the positions of the rear stopper and the upper slider can be more accurately displayed, so as to further improve the working accuracy of the machine.
The back stopper and slider stroke are adjusted simply through NC LCD display and manual fine-tuning, equipped with an LCD device, to facilitate the operation;
